Shipping is only Canada-wide via Canada Post Expedited and is calculated based on product weight and dimensions. Xpresspost is available upon request but will tend to be significantly more expensive than Expedited for customers outside of Ontario. Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days upon receipt of payment.
For various reasons that are out of our control such as pandemics, inclement weather and increased holiday parcel volumes, shipments may be delayed. We will keep track of your parcel’s whereabouts regardless and reach out to the carrier if necessary. We ask for your patience and understanding in these cases as the carriers cope with everchanging circumstances.
For local customers, free in-store pick-up is available on all products during store hours shown as the shipping option “Local pickup” at checkout. A pick-up date and time may be requested in the “order notes” box at checkout or can be arranged afterwards. This option is recommended especially for products that would otherwise be cost-prohibitive to ship such as very small and light products or very large and heavy products.
For certain products, shipping is not available. Instead, free in-store pick-up is available during store hours and “Local pickup” will be the only shipping option available at checkout. A pick-up time may be requested in the “order notes” box at checkout or can be arranged afterwards.
During lockdown/shutdown, curbside pick-up hours are Monday to Saturday from 11:00 am – 6:00 pm and Sunday from 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Interac e-Transfer prior to pick-up is the preferred method of payment during such times as in-store shopping is prohibited. We thank you for your understanding in advance.
