Shipping is Canada-wide only via Canada Post Expedited and is calculated based on product weight and dimensions. Xpresspost is available upon request, but it tends to be significantly more expensive than Expedited for customers outside of Ontario. We are currently unable to offer free shipping. Orders will be shipped within 1-4 business days upon receipt of payment.
For various reasons that are out of our control such as pandemics, inclement weather and increased holiday parcel volumes, shipments may be delayed. We will keep track of your parcel’s whereabouts regardless and reach out to the carrier if necessary. We ask for your patience and understanding in these cases as the carriers cope with everchanging circumstances.
For local (Ontario) customers, free in-store pick-up is available on all products during business hours shown as the shipping option “In-store pick-up” at checkout. “Ship to a different address?” does not need to be selected under “Shipping Details” at checkout as shipping is not required and only billing information is necessary. A pick-up date and time may be requested in the “order notes” box at checkout or can be arranged afterwards. This option is recommended especially for products that would otherwise be cost-prohibitive to ship such as very small and light products or very large and heavy products.
For certain products, shipping is not available. Instead, free in-store pick-up is available during business hours. These products have the “in-store pick-up only” tag in the product listing. Clicking the tag will enable viewing of all products in this tag. The only shipping option at checkout for these products will be “In-store pick-up.” “Ship to a different address?” does not need to be selected under “Shipping Details” at checkout as shipping is not available for these products and only billing information is necessary. If shipping is required for certain product(s) in the cart but not required or not available for the other product(s), please place separate orders so that shipping can be correctly calculated to avoid delays in order processing. We apologize for any inconvenience.
