We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return whether the product was shipped or picked up in-store.
To be eligible for a return, new products must be in their original condition: unused, with tags if applicable and sealed in its original packaging whereas used or refurbished products must be in their original shipped condition. You will also need the order invoice.
To start a return, please begin by contacting us for approval and instructions. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. The restocking fee does not apply to returns of defective products.
Final Sale Products
Certain types of products in which their original condition would be compromised by opening or use cannot be returned. These products will have the notice “This product is final sale” in the product description. These products include video games, movies (DVD or Blu-ray) and music (any format) as well as blank media.
Customers will be notified once the return has been received, inspected and approved/refused. If approved, customers will be automatically refunded on their original payment method. Please allow several business days for the financial institution or credit card company to process and post the refund. For products picked up in-store, exchanges can be facilitated in-store after a return has been processed.
